WARRANTY

(Diesel Parts of America) D.P.A. WARRANTS THAT ALL NEW PARTS SOLD BY IT TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS: DURING THE FIRST SIX MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE BY IT'S CUSTOMER, D.P.A. WILL PROVIDE A NEW PART OR A REPAIRED PART, WHICHEVER D.P.A. ELECTS, IN PLACE OF ANY PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND UPON ITS INSPECTION TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. SUCH PARTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER AT A PLACE OF BUSINESS OF D.P.A. OR OTHER ESTABLISHMENT AUTHORIZED BY D.P.A. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR FOR REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION OF PARTS OR EXCHANGE COMPONENTS AND ANY OTHER PARTS WITHIN THE SAME ENGINE WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE AND/OR CLAIM IS EXPRESSLY NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED , ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE PROVISIONS OF PARTS AS SPECIFIED ABOVE AND ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE PARTS TO PERFORM FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME, OR OTHER ECONOMIC MORAL LOSS, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, IMMEDIATE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THE TERM D.P.A. USED HEREIN MEANS DIESEL PARTS OF AMERICA AND ITS LEGAL DOMICILE IS LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA . U.S.A. ANY LEGAL CLAIMS OF PROCEDURES UNDER THIS WARRANTY HAVE TO BE MADE THROUGH THE COURTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. DIESEL PARTS OF AMERICA

ELECTRONIC INJECTOR CORE POLICY

Core acceptance policy:
  • All cores must be in generally good reusable condition.
  • Every core needs to be visually inspected by the customer.
  • Cores must be packaged and protected very well, to prevent any damage during transportation.

Cores which are unacceptable :
  • Visually damaged, such as broken housing, rusty nozzle, broken plunger or damage to any other major component.
  • Any injector which has been disassembled or physically altered in any way.
  • The type tag is missing or no identification is present.
  • Cores which are incomplete or missing any components.

Cores which are deemed unacceptable, will be returned to the customer, cost of freight to be paid by the customer.

Note that we CAN repair some of the damaged components but not all. In that event, we will let the customer know in advance and once agreed we will proceed with the necessary and required repair.

 
TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All prices are FOB N. Hollywood, California,
    unless expressed otherwise by us.
  • All orders are final and non-cancelable,
    after they are confirmed.
  • No product can be returned, without written
    authorization issued by us.
  • A 15% restocking charge will be applied to
    all returned products.
  • All prices are in U. S. Dollars only and subject
    to change without notice.
  • All shipments are dispatched freight collect,
    unless agreed upon in advance.
  • Orders of $3,600.00 or more of
    FUEL INJECTION PARTS ONLY, will
    be shipped freight prepaid, by carrier
    of our choice.
  • Payment; Wire transfer in advance and for
    orders of $25,000.00 or more,
    Irrevocable Letter of Credit.
  • Export packing is done at NO extra charge
    to our customers
