- All prices are FOB N. Hollywood, California, unless expressed otherwise by us.
- All orders are final and non-cancelable, after they are confirmed.
- No product can be returned, without written authorization issued by us.
- A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returned products.
- All prices are in U. S. Dollars only and subject to change without notice.
- All shipments are dispatched freight collect, unless agreed upon in advance.
- Orders of $8,000.00 or more of FUEL INJECTION PARTS ONLY, will be shipped freight prepaid, by carrier of our choice.
- Payment; Wire transfer in advance and for orders of $25,000.00 or more, Irrevocable Letter of Credit.
- Export packing is done at NO extra charge to our customers.
